ZOHO SHARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU BY ADVENTNET, INC. ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ZOHO TERMS OF SERVICE. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ZOHO TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE CREATING AN ACCOUNT IN ZOHO SHARE. USE OF ZOHO SHARE SIGNIFIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ZOHO TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT PROCEED.

Protecting Your Content and Copyrighted Works

Any content made public through Zoho Share will be accessible through the internet and may be scrawled and indexed by Search Engines. You are responsible for ensuring that you do not make any private content publicly available through Zoho Share. Zoho Share provides you the ability to choose any of the Creative Commons Licenses for your content. You are entirely responsible for licensing your copyrighted works. AdventNet shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use of your copyright works.

Non-offensive Content

You understand and agree that Zoho Share is intended as a platform for sharing your public files including documents, spreadsheets and presentations. Hence, you agree to ensure that all content made public by you will be completely non-offensive. If the content you wish to make public contains vulgar or offensive materials, please do not use Zoho Share for the purpose.

Users may not make public files that contain offensive content or links to offensive content. Offensive Content means and includes content with vulgar, profane, sexually explicit, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hate-speech, or libelous language; content in which race, religion, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, handicap, nationality, or gender are used as a means of insult; and material considered pornographic, obscene, graphic, or hate speech.

You will be provided the option to choose a display name different from your Zoho Account user name. You will be also provided the option of uploading any image as your display image or avatar. You agree to ensure that your display name and avatar does not contain any offensive content.

Non-offensive Communication

Communications clearly insulting other users, individually or as a group, directly or indirectly, are not allowed. This includes, but not limited to, name-calling, direct insults and orders, insinuations, or insults towards family. Communications that insult or mock racial or ethnic groups and/or religious sentiments are not allowed.

Respect for Intellectual Property Rights

You agree to not to share and make public through Zoho Share files containing content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. You also agree to use any public content posted by other users according to the license terms specified by the users.

Bypassing Filters and Censors

Zoho Share is programmed with a list of words that are considered offensive under any context, and these words are not allowed to be used under any circumstances. Attempting to bypass the censor by misspelling, inserting spaces or symbols, transposing letters, using look-alike symbols, or any other method is not allowed. Taking advantage of any limits in the Zoho Share's filtering capabilities is not allowed. Any limits in such filters shall not be taken as permission to bypass rules regarding offensive content and communication.

Featured Items

AdventNet may feature your public files in the list of featured items. Listing and removal of your files from the list of featured items shall be at the sole discretion of AdventNet. AdventNet may remove your files from the list of featured items for reasons including addition of offensive content to the file subsequent to listing it as a featured item.

Impersonation

Impersonating other users or persons by creating and/or using a display name clearly intended to impersonate, mock, or antagonize another user, or otherwise falsely claiming to be another person is strictly prohibited.

Removal of Content, Removal from Groups and Termination of Account

AdventNet reserves the right to remove content that violates these Supplemental Terms of Use. Re-publishing deleted violations, including violations by other users is also considered a violation of these terms. Moderators of Zoho Share groups may remove you from the groups if you post irrelevant, unrelated or offensive content. In Addition, AdventNet may, at its sole discretion, also remove you from any Zoho Share groups if you post irrelevant, unrelated, offensive or intellectual property rights infringing content. AdventNet also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Zoho Share account and deny access to Zoho Share at any time upon violation of these Supplemental Terms of Use.
