Everyone has a time when they're a vulnerable and not thinking straight (i.e a chump), I'm nornally vigilant but this happened to me after midnight and a very long and tiring international flight. The "helper"was a stunning and very credible woman in her 40's. Even though I thought the card was safe because it was retained by the bank, I immediately cancelled the card anyway - so saved the theft. Thank you for this advice, i always wondered how they did it!
